Refund Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Your first payment
Your first payment buys immediate access to digital content: your personalised plan and the lessons. At checkout you expressly request that access immediately and acknowledge that, once access has started, the payment is not refundable and the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to consumers in the UK and EU no longer applies to it. If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing the lessons, we refund the payment in full.
Renewals
- First renewal, goodwill refund: if you did not intend to continue, email us within 7 days of your first renewal charge and we refund it in full, provided you did not use the Service during that renewal period. We do this so that nobody pays for a subscription they forgot to cancel.
- Later renewals: not refunded for partial periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, tell us within 14 days and we will review it.
- Charges after cancellation: if you are charged after cancelling, we refund that charge in full.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account email with the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Asking for a refund does not cancel your subscription; cancel from Settings in the app, or ask us to do it in the same email.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We resolve refund requests quickly, and a dispute takes longer for you and may result in your account being closed.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that you have under the consumer-protection law of the country where you live.
